中医舌象采集仪舌体露出度一致性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于超声测距原理检测模块保证中医舌象采集仪采集舌象时舌体露出度的一致性。方法:依据《中医诊断学》望舌规范,对50名受试者进行伸舌体位和姿势的训练;利用本实验装置采集50名受试者舌面到相机的距离,并绘制点状图。结果:经过伸舌姿势与体位训练后的受试者舌体处于最佳可观测状态时,舌体表面与拍摄相机镜头之间的最佳距离介于23~26 cm之间。结论:对受试者进行伸舌姿势和体位训练后,将现有舌象采集仪与超声测距模块相结合,可以增强现有设备的稳定性和可重复性。Objective:To discuss and ensure the uniformity in tongue exposure when TCM tongue collector was used to collect tongue picture based on the detection module of the ultrasonic ranging principle.Methods:In light of the regulation of tongue inspection in diagnostics of TCM,50 subjects received the training of stretching tongue position and posture;the experimental installation was used to collect the distance between the tongue and the camera,to draw the scattergram.Results:After the training of stretching tongue position and posture,the tongue was in the best visual state,the best distance between the surface of the tongue and camera lens was between 23 and 26 cm.Conclusion:After implementing the training of stretching tongue position and posture for the subjects,the combination of tongue picture collector and ultrasonic ranging module could enhance the stability and repeatability of the current equipments.
