摘　　要：图书馆在社会文化活动中拥有公信力和号召力,在阅读推广的研究及长期实践中积累了丰富经验、培育了优秀人力资源队伍,所以在当前全社会阅读推广人才紧缺情况下,应当之无愧成为招募和培训阅读推广人的主阵地。由此详述了图书馆在阅读推广人培训中应采取的流程、培训方案设计、课程设置,及培训保障机制等问题。The library has credibility and public appeal in social and cultural activities.The research and long-term practice of reading promotion has also enabled the library to accumulate rich experience and cultivate excellent human resources teams.Therefore,the library should serve as the main place for recruiting and training reading promoters under the current social conditions.This paper discusses in detail the procedures that the library should adopt in the recruitment and training of staff,the design of training programs and curriculum,and the guarantee mechanism for recruitment and training.
