摘　　要：本文分析了采用高效液相色谱法测定二氢卟吩铁含量时不确定度分量的来源并加以评定,计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度,得出了二氢卟吩铁测量不确定度表达式,适用于针对原药或制剂中二氢卟吩铁含量检测过程中产生的不确定度进行评估。Uncertainty in the determination of iron chlorine e6 in 0. 02% SP by HPLC was evaluated. The aim of reasonable evaluation of uncertainty of measurement is to provide scientific basis for laboratory quality management and control. The procedure and method of evaluation are useful for uncertainty evaluation of iron chlorine e6 determination in TC and the formulated products.
