摘 要:目的本次研究探讨鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性和菌株的质粒图谱分析,确定临床哪些药物治疗鲍曼不动杆菌效果最好,以为临床治疗提供新思路.方法收集2018年7月-2019年6月的临床患者标本,对分离培养出的100株鲍曼不动杆菌进行VITEK MS鉴定及VITEK2-COMPACT药敏实验.结果在分离培养出的100株鲍曼不动杆菌中,多重耐药耐药率达到了41.76%,对三代、四代头孢菌素耐药率为39.4%-56%.对氨基糖苷类药物妥布霉、庆大霉素耐药率为23.8%-52%.对喹诺酮类耐药率达到25.3%-60%.结论目前,绝大多数菌株对阿米卡星、头孢派酮/舒巴坦和替加环素、米诺环素保持敏感,有较好的治疗效果.Objective This study explored the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and plasmid profile analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii strains,and determined which drugs had the best effect on Acinetobacter baumannii in clinical treatment,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment. Methods 100 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated and cultured from clinical patients from July 2018 to June 2019 were identified by VITEK MS and drug sensitivity test by VITEK 2-COMPACT. Results Among the 100 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated and cultured,the multi-drug resistance rate reached 41.76%,and the resistance rate to the third and fourth generation cephalosporins ranged from 39.4%to 56%.The resistance rate of tobramyces and gentamicin to aminoglycosides was 23.8%-52%.Resistance to quinolones ranged from 25.3%to 60%. Conclusion At present,most of the strains are sensitive to amikacin,cefoperazone/sulbactam,tigacycline and minocycline,and have good therapeutic effect.
