摘　　要：环氧树脂因具有优良的耐热性、机械性能、电气绝缘性能和良好的可加工工艺性能而广泛应用于电工装备绝缘的浇注、浸渍和封装等领域。随着电力系统输电等级和容量的提高,国内高压电工装备用环氧树脂绝缘材料面临巨大挑战,迫切需要对环氧树脂材料各项性能进行改善。对此,首先概述了高压电工装备用环氧树脂配方体系,并对配方体系中各组分的类型、用量、固化工艺等与环氧树脂电、机械、热性能关系进行了初步分析。总结了近年来高压电工装备用环氧树脂改性方法,重点简述了环氧树脂在增韧、高耐热、高导热、耐电性能调控方面的研究现状,并进行了分类讨论。最后结合配方、工艺以及改性方法对高压电工装备用环氧树脂材料选型给出了指导意见,并对环氧树脂材料改性方法的发展趋势进了展望,以期为开发高压电工装备用高性能环氧树脂材料提供一定的参考。Due to its excellent heat resistance,mechanical,electric insulating and processing properties,the epoxy resin is widely used in the fields of injection,impregnation and packaging of electrical apparatus insulation.With improvement of power system transmission voltage and capacity,epoxy resin insulation materials for domestic high-voltage electrical apparatus are facing great challenges,and it is urgent to improve the performance of epoxy resin materials.Therefore,this paper summarizes the formulation system of the epoxy resin for high voltage electrical apparatus,and analyzes relationships between the categories,dosage,curing process of each component with the electrical,mechanical,thermal properties of the epoxy resin.Besides,it summarizes the modification methods for the epoxy resin for high voltage electrical apparatus and discusses research status of the epoxy resin in the aspects of toughening,high heat resistance,high thermal conduction and electrical resistance regulation.Finally,combining with the formula,process and the modification method,it provides some guidance for selection of the epoxy resin materials for high-voltage electrical apparatus,and prospects the trend of the modification method so as to provide a certain reference for the development of high-performance epoxy resin materials for high-voltage electrical apparatus.
