摘  要:为分析混合式高压直流断路器的绝缘性能,以535 kV混合式高压直流断路器为研究对象,基于静电场分析方法,对直流断路器分闸状态下的电场分布进行计算分析,结果表明:屏蔽系统对改善断路器的电场分布至关重要,可根据阀塔内部不同结构选用不同型式的电屏蔽;直流断路器整体场强最大值为1.74 kV/mm,位于顶端U型管状屏蔽端部圆弧处,小于起晕场强(3 kV/mm);机械开关支路场强最大值为0.73 kV/mm;转移支路5层阀单元的场强最大值为0.79 kV/mm,场强随阀层增加呈现先减小后增大的规律。所设计高压直流断路器成功通过了包括直流电压耐受试验、冲击电压试验和局部放电试验在内的绝缘试验,验证了绝缘设计的可靠性。In order to analyze insulation performance of hybrid HVDC circuit breaker,this paper takes 535 kV hybrid HVDC circuit breaker as the research object,uses the electrostatic field analysis to calculate and analyze electric field distribution of DC circuit breaker under the opening state.The results show that the shielding system is very important to improve electric field distribution of the circuit breaker and it is able to select different types of the electric shielding according to the inner structure of the valve tower.And the maximum field strength of the DC circuit breaker is 1.74 kV/mm,which is located at the arc of the top U-shaped tube shielding end,while less than 3 kV/mm of corona onset field.The maximum field strength of the mechanical switch branch is 0.73 kV/mm and the maximum field strength of five-layer valve unit of transfer branch is 0.79 kV/mm,decreasing first and then increasing with growing of the valve layer.The designed HVDC circuit breaker has successfully passed the insulation tests including DC voltage withstand test,impulse voltage test and partial discharge test,which verifies reliability of insulation design.
