摘　　要：现阶段追求投资安全与投资自由成了东道国与投资者共同的心愿,然而国际投资活动还应关注在贸易活动中对东道国的劳动工人、资源环境、基础设施等所造成的影响。目前国际投资条约一般只规定了高标准的投资保护条款,却很少提及投资者应当承担的社会责任。文章考察了现阶段国际投资中投资者的社会责任现状,分析了存在问题,将投资者的社会责任引入到国际投资条约当中,设计出了不同的选择方案。At the present stage,the pursuit of investment security and free investment has become the common wish of the host country and the investors,but the international investment activities should also focus on the impact of the trade activities on the host country’s workers,resource environment,infrastructure and so on.At present,international investment treaties generally only set high standards of investment protection provisions,but rarely mention the social responsibility that investors should bear.This paper examines the present situation of the social responsibility of the investors in the international investment at present,analyzes the existing problems,introduces the social responsibility of the investors into the international investment treaties,and designs different options.
