基于空间句法理论的屏山旅游业态优化研究

摘　　要：以黟县屏山村为研究对象,通过实地调研走访,梳理其旅游业态类型,形成基础数据。在此基础上通过计算商铺职能比进行数据分析,结果显示屏山村存在旅游业态分布不合理、业态同质化等问题。针对此问题,文章运用空间句法理论展开进一步研究,分析指出屏山村整体空间整合度良好,但可理解度较低。落实在屏山旅游业态方面,其应根据村落整合度高低合理分布文化传播业态类、生活服务业态类及住宿交通业态类,充分利用屏山村空间特色;同时,应适当增加体验型旅游业态及加大新生空间与旧有空间的联系性,以加强村民、游客的认同感,增强屏山村的可理解度。Taking Pingshan Village in Yixian County as the research object,this paper sorts out the types of its tourism industry and forms basic data through field research.On this basis,the data analysis is conducted by computing the ratio of the number of shops to the number of functions,and the results show that there are problems such as the unreasonable distribution of tourism and the business homogenization in Pingshan Village.In response to these problem,further research is carried out using the space syntax theory.The research indicates that the overall spatial integration of Pingshan Village is good,but the intelligibility is relatively low.In terms of the tourism of Pingshan Village,we should make full use of the spatial characteristics of Pingshan Village,and rationally distribute the cultural communication,public service and accommodation and transportation according to the level of village integration.At the same time,it is necessary to appropriately increase the experiential tourism and increase the connection between the new space and the old space in order to strengthen the sense of identity of the villagers and tourists and enhance the intelligibility of Pingshan Village.
