摘  要:室内采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了氟醚菌酰胺和烯酰吗啉对芋疫病病原菌的抑制作用,结果表明氟醚菌酰胺和烯酰吗啉对芋疫病菌菌丝毒力都很高,EC50值分别为0. 296 8μg/m L、0. 252 3μg/m L;配方筛选试验结果表明,二者在试验配比范围内均表现为相加或增效作用,在供试比例中,3∶5、4∶5时,增效系数SR值较高,综合考虑最终确定氟醚菌酰胺和烯酰吗啉比例为15∶25。田间药效试验结果表明:40%氟醚·烯酰悬浮剂30mL/667m2对芋疫病的预防及治疗田间防效均达到85%以上,高于对照药剂防效。In the laboratory,the inhibition effect of fluopimomide and dimethomorph on Phytophthora colocasiae was determined by the mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that fluopimomide and dimethomorph were highly toxic to P. colocasiae hyphae,with EC50 values of 0. 2968 μg/m L and 0. 252 3 μg/m L,respectively. The compound test results of fluopimomide and dimethomorph showed that both of them showed additive or synergistic effect in the range of test ratio.When the ratio was 3: 5 and 4: 5,the efficiency coefficients SR value was higher in the test ratio.After comprehensive consideration,the ratio of fluopimomide to dimethomorph was determined to be 15: 25. The results of field control efficacy test showed that the prevention and control effect of 40% fluopimomide·dimethomorph SC with a concentration of 30 mL/mu reached more than 85%in the field,which was higher than that of the control agent.
