摘　　要：用乙醇为溶剂,以2-氯苯乙酮与自制的2-氨基噻唑啉为起始原料进行缩合反应,得到的缩合物与硼氢化钠在碱性条件下反应生成还原物;还原物在浓硫酸作用下进行闭环得到四咪唑,四咪唑在盐酸作用下得到盐酸四咪唑粗品,粗品提纯后得到白色晶体粉末盐酸四咪唑。Ethanol is used as a solvent,and 2-chloroacetophenone is reacted with a self-made 2-aminothiazoline as a starting material,and the obtained condensate is reacted with sodium borohydride in an alkaline environment to form a reduced product.The tetrazole is obtained by ring closure under the action of sulfuric acid,and the tetraimidazole is obtained by the action of hydrochloric acid.After purification of the crude product,white crystal powder tetraimidazole hydrochloride was obtained.
