摘  要:目的:制备10%丙炔恶草酮·喹草酮悬浮剂,评价其生物活性。方法:通过对湿润分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂等助剂的筛选,以及对悬浮剂各项指标的测定,确定了10%丙炔恶草酮·喹草酮悬浮剂的优良配方,并且通过温室盆栽法,评价10%丙炔恶草酮·喹草酮悬浮剂对防除高粱田一年生杂草的联合作用效果。结论:10%丙炔恶草酮·喹草酮悬浮剂各项指标均达到悬浮剂标准要求,丙炔恶草酮和喹草酮5:5比例组合封闭防除马唐、稗草均表现为明显的正相加作用或增效作用。Objectivity:To prepare 10%acetyloxalone-quinolone suspension and evaluate its biological activity.Method:Through screening wetting dispersant,thickening agent,antifreeze agents and the determination of various indicators of the suspension agent,the excellent formulation of 10%acetyloxadone-quinolone suspension agent was determined.The combined effect of 10% acetyloxadone-quinolone suspension agent on controlling annual weeds in sorghum field was evaluated by pot culture in greenhouse.Conclusion:All the indexes of 10% acetyloxalone and quinolone suspension meet the standard requirements of suspension.The 5:5 ratio combination of acetyloxalone and quinolone has obvious positive additive or synergistic effects on the control of tangerine and barnyard grass.
