摘  要:将不同填料体系的无溶剂聚氨酯用机械发泡法制备聚氨酯发泡浆料,涂覆在无纺布上,经烘干制备出无溶剂聚氨酯合成革。以涂层厚度、表观性能、贝斯物理机械性能等为指标,考查了不同填料体系对合成革性能的影响。试验结果表明:不同填料对合成革厚度影响不同;NA和硅藻土可增加涂层柔软度;轻质CaCO3对无溶剂聚氨酯合成革有补强效果。Solventless polyurethane with different filler systems was used to prepare polyurethane foaming slurry by mechanical foaming method.The polyurethane foaming slurry was coated on non-woven fabric and the solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather was prepared by drying.The effects of different filler systems on the properties of synthetic leather were investigated by taking coating thickness,apparent properties and bess physical and mechanical properties as indexes.The results showed that different fillers had different effects on the thickness of synthetic leather,NA and diatomite could increase the softness of the coating,and light CaCO3 had reinforcing effect on solvent-free polyurethane synthetic leather.
