摘　　要：介绍了2018年中国焦化行业的运行情况,重点分析了当前焦化工业的热点技术。2018年我国焦化行业总体运行平稳,产量略有增加,效益显著。与此同时,具有自主知识产权,适合于我国炼焦煤资源,同时清洁、高效、智能的炼焦装备和技术也在不断发展,包括7 m及以上的超大容积焦炉技术、煤气净化大型化技术、焦炉余热回收技术、SCS智能制造技术。这些装备技术的研发不仅提高了焦化产业的集中度,使我国焦化领域的核心技术达到国际先进水平,为我国钢铁工业的产业结构调整提供了可靠的技术支撑,同时还满足当前严苛的节能环保要求,真正做到了节能减排、安全可靠、智能先进,推动焦炉向清洁化、自动化、智能化快速发展。This paper introduces the operation of China’s coking industry in 2018,focusing on the current hot technologies in the coking industry.The overall operation of China’s coking industry was stable in 2018,with slightly increased output and significant benefits.At the same time,the clean,efficient and intelligent coking equipment and technology,which is suitable for coking coal resources in China with independent intellectual property rights,are also developing,including 7 m and above super volume coke oven technology,large-scale gas purification technology,coke oven waste heat recovery technology,SCS intelligent manufacturing technology.These equipment technologies not only improves the concentration of the coking industry,makes the core technology of coking reach the international advanced level,provides reliable technical support for the industrial structure adjustment of Chinese iron and steel industry,but also meets the current stringent requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection,truly achieves energy conservation,safety,intelligent,and promotes the cleaning,automation and intelligence development of coke oven.
