摘  要:通过理论分析研究了出钢温度的影响因素,结合红钢炼钢厂生产实际情况,从工艺、材料、设备及管理等方面出发,通过采取减少出钢时间、提高出钢口使用寿命、调整合金使用结构与数量、提高合金烘烤温度、提高钢包烘烤温度、提高钢包使用寿命、减少钢包周转个数、实行"低温快铸"等措施,2018年4~12月平均出钢温度为1654.89℃,同比降低23.22℃,出钢口寿命由131次提高到220次,降低了原材料消耗及生产成本,提升了效益。Based on the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of tapping temperature,combined with the actual production situation of Honghe steelmaking plant,a series of measures were taken from the aspects of technology,materials,equipment and management.Through the measures of reducing tapping time,increasing the service life of tapping hole,adjusting the structure and quantity of alloy,increasing the baking temperature of alloy,increasing the baking temperature of ladle,increasing the service life of ladle,reducing the number of ladle turnover and adopting the"low temperature rapid casting",the average tapping temperature is 1654.89℃during April to December in 2018,which is 23.22℃lower than that in 2017;and the tap life is increased from 131 times to 220 times,which reduces the consumption of raw materials and production costs,and improves the efficiency.
