摘  要:为解决螺旋剪刃三对刀侧间隙难以调整一致的难题,采用类比方法,应用螺距差微动技术和螺纹消隙技术,分析其在螺旋剪刃侧间隙调整上的可行性。经实例计算得知可将螺旋剪刃侧间隙调整0.01mm的成功率由8.09%提高到45.4%,可降低螺旋剪刃侧间隙一致性的调整难度,将有益于螺旋剪刃碎边剪的推广。In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to adjust the side clearance of three couple spiral blades,the analogy method between micro-motion technique with pitch difference and the thread backlash eliminating technology are applied to analyze the feasibility of adjusting the clearance of the spiral blades.The result of calculation shows that the success rate of adjusting the side clearances between a couple spiral blades by 0.01 mm can be increased from 8.09%to 45.4%.It can reduce the difficulty of adjusting the consistency of the side clearances,and will be beneficial to the promotion of the spiral blades on double drum scrap shear.
