摘 要:随着我国燃煤电厂烟气超低排放的全面施行,NOx、SO2、颗粒物等常规烟气污染物的排放得到了较好的控制,但SO3排放问题却日益突出。湿式电除尘器一般能够脱除60%以上的SO3,最高可达90%以上,但SO3的浓度过高也会对湿式电除尘器的运行产生一定的影响。结合文章研究内容及工程经验,对燃用中高硫煤的电厂(煤质含硫量Sar≥2%或WESP入口SO3浓度高于80mg/m3),建议采用SCR前后碱基喷射等SO3脱除技术。With the overall implementation of flue gas ultra-low emission of coal-fired power plants in China,the emissions of NOx,SO2,particulate matter and other conventional flue gas pollutants have received a better control,but the emission problem of SO3 is prominent day by day.Generally,wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)can remove more than 60%of SO3,and the highest removal quantity can reach more than 90%.However,too high concentration of SO3 will cause a certain impact on the operation of WESP.In combination with the research content of this paper and engineering experience,the paper suggests to adopt SO3 removal technologies of basic group injection around SCR for power plants burning medium and high sulfur coal(coal sulfur content Sar≥2%or SO3 concentration of WESP inlet>80mg/m3).
