摘　　要：湿式电除尘器是粉尘排放末端治理的有效手段之一,针对烟气排放升级改造过程中现场条件复杂、设计困难等问题,对改造项目中的湿式电除尘器的合理性设计进行了探讨,为粉尘超低排放改造过程中的工艺布置及设备设计提供了参考。The wet electrostatic precipitator is one of the effective means for the end treatment of dust emission.Aimed at the complicated locale conditions and designing difficulties in the course of flue gas emission and upgrading reform,the paper probes into the rationality design of the wet electrostatic precipitator in the reform project and provides the reference for the technology arrangement and equipment design in the reform course of the dust ultra-low emission and reform.
