摘 要:本试验旨在探究不同晾干及青贮时间对多花黑麦草青贮品质的影响,以确定高水分多花黑麦草青贮的适宜方式。分别在黑麦草刈割当天,晾干1、2、3d后,对其进行30、40、50d的袋装青贮,然后从发酵产物方面分析不同处理的青贮品质。结果表明:通过晾干处理可以降低黑麦草的含水量,提高黑麦草的青贮成功率和青贮品质。通过晾干处理3d后将多花黑麦草含水量降至80%左右再进行袋装青贮40d时青贮品质最佳,p H值为4. 06,乳酸含量达到2. 27%,丁酸含量为0,具有较好的青贮品质。但青贮时间超过40d后会使乳酸含量快速下降,丁酸含量快速上升,导致青贮品质降低。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the silage quality of Italian ryegrass under different drying and silage time,in order to determine the best silage method of Italian ryegrass with high moisture content. On the day of Italian ryegrass cutting and drying for1,2 and 3 days,bagged silage for 30,40 and 50 days,and then the quality of silage under different treatments was analyzed from fermentation products. The results showed that the water content of ryegrass could be reduced by drying,and the silage success rate and quality of ryegrass could be improved. When the moisture content of Italian ryegrass was reduced to about 80% after three days of drying and then bagged silage for 40 days,the silage quality was the best. The p H value was 4. 06,the lactic acid content was 2. 27%,and the butyric acid content was 0. However,after more than 40 days of silage,the lactic acid content decreased rapidly and the butyric acid content increased rapidly,which leads to the decrease of silage quality.
