摘  要:玉米的株型性状、籽粒脱水速率和育性都是影响玉米生产的重要因素.采用以籽粒脱水速率快的玉米自交系PH6WC和籽粒脱水速率慢但育性好的郑58为亲本构建的重组自交系群体(RIL)为材料,对该RIL群体的株型性状、籽粒脱水速率和育性情况进行相关性分析.结果表明:株型各性状与籽粒脱水速率均不相关,株高、雄穗分枝数、穗上叶叶夹角与育性呈显著或极显著正相关.Plant type characters,grain dehydration rate and fertility are three important factors affecting maize production.In this experiment,a maize inbred line PH6 WC with fast grain dehydration rate and Zheng 58 with slow grain dehydration rate but good fertility were used as parents,to construct a recombinant inbred line population(RIL)to analyze the correlation among plant type characters,grain dehydration rate and fertility of the RIL population.The results showed that plant type related traits were not correlated with grain dehydration rate,but plant height,number of tassel branches and leaf angle of the upper leaf of ear were significantly positively correlated with fertility.
