摘　　要：为了实现饲料机械的远程故障检测,提高饲料生产的自动化水平,以制粒机为研究对象,设计了一款基于STM32F103VET6单片机的制粒机故障检测系统.系统由硬件和软件两部分组成,硬件部分包括信号采集模块、核心控制模块、信号发送和接收模块;软件部分包括MCU程序设计、MODBUS程序设计和上位机软件设计.运行测试表明,该系统稳定性良好并成功实现了制粒机运行时温度、振动、电流等信号的检测、传递、分析和处理.In order to realize the remote fault detection of feed machinery and improve the automation level of feed production,a fault detection system based on STM32 f103 VET6 single chip microcomputer was designed in this paper.The system is composed of hardware and software.The hardware part includes signal acquisition module,core control module,signal sending and receiving module.The software part includes MCU program,ModBus program and upper computer software.The running test show that the system has good stability and successfully realizes the detection,transmission, analysis and processing of temperature,vibration, current and other signals when the granulator is in operation.
