固元贴敷脐联合益气补肾汤治疗女性肾阴亏虚型尿道综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨固元贴敷脐联合益气补肾汤治疗女性肾阴亏虚型尿道综合征的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1~10月收治的女性肾阴亏虚型尿道综合征患者136例作为研究对象。按照随机原则分为对照组68例和试验组68例。对照组患者给采取益气补肾汤治疗4个疗程,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合固元贴敷脐的方法进行治疗。比较两组患者在中西医衡量标准的恢复情况、认知功能情况以及在生活质量方面的恢复情况。结果两组患者在尿道综合征治疗效果显著的比例、Mo CA的评分以及生活质量的恢复情况要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论固元贴敷脐联合益气补肾汤在治疗女性肾阴亏虚型尿道综合征有更好的疗效,更能改善患者生活质量水平,值得临床上推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guyuan application of umbilical cord combined with Yiqi Bushen decoction in the treatment of female kidney-yin deficiency type urethral syndrome. Methods 136 female patients with kidney-yin deficiency type urethral syndrome admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were selected as subjects of this study.According to the random principle,the patients were divided into the control group(68 cases) and the experimental group(68 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with Yiqi Bushen Decoction for 4 courses,while the patients in the experimental group was treated with Guyuan application of umbilical cord combined with Yiqi Bushen Decoction.The recovery,cognitive function,and quality of life assessed according to the Chinese and Western medicine criteria were compared between the two groups. Results The significant proportion of urethral syndrome treatment,Mo CA score and quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Guyuan application of umbilical cord combined with Yiqi Bushen decoction has better curative effect in the treatment of female kidney-yin deficiency type urethral syndrome,and is better for patients to improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
