摘  要:目的探讨3种不同炮制方法对白土茯苓中β-谷甾醇含量的影响。方法以白土茯苓为对象,测定了不同炮制方法的白土茯苓中β-谷甾醇的含量。结果β-谷甾醇RSD在5%以下,10h内样品稳定;β-谷甾醇平均回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.65%;白土茯苓生切品中β-谷甾醇最高,其次为传统蒸制品和高压蒸制品。结论白土茯苓生切品对β-谷甾醇含量最为有利,本研究可为白土茯苓饮片的规范化加工和质量控制提供参考。Objective To study the effect of three different processing methods on the content of β-sitosterol in rhizoma heterosmilacis japonicae. Methods The content of β-sitosterol in rhizoma heterosmilacis japonicae was determined by different processing methods. Results The relative standard deviation(RSD) of β-sitosterol was below 5%,and the sample was stable within 10 hours.The average recovery of β-sitosterol was 99.15%,RSD was 1.65%,and β-sitosterol was the highest in the raw cut of rhizoma heterosmilacis japonicae,followed by traditional steamed products and high-pressure steamed products. Conclusion The raw cut product of rhizoma heterosmilacis japonicae is most beneficial to the content of β-sitosterol.This study can provide reference for the standardized processing and quality control of rhizoma heterosmilacis japonicae.
