中医药循证治疗心脑血管急症康复期的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究中医药循证治疗心脑血管急症康复期的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月~2017年12月治疗的68例心脑血管急症康复期患者为研究对象,回顾性查看其临床记录资料。随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础之上给予中医药循证治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析,观察比较两组患者Barthel指数改善情况、Burnnstrom运动功能分级。结果观察组患者临床有效率高达94.12%,明显高于对照组临床有效率73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前,两组Barthel指数平均值差异较小,治疗后观察组Barthel指数明显高于对照组,患者临床症状得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组Burnnstrom分级明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中医药循证治疗心脑血管急症康复期临床效果显著,有助于改善患者临床症状及各项体征,提高治愈率,降低不良反应的发生,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of TCM evidence-based therapy in treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular emergency in rehabilitation period. Methods 68 patients with cardio-cerebrovascular emergency in rehabilitation period who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects and their clinical records were retrospectively reviewed.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment methods while the observation group was given TCM evidence-based therapy on basis of the control group.Clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.The improvement of Barthel index and Burnnstrom motor function grading were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was as high as 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.53%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment, the mean value of Barthel indexes of the two groups had a small difference.After treatment,the Barthel index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,Burnnstrom grading of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM evidence-based therapy in treatment of c cardio-cerebrovascular emergency in rehabilitation period has a significant clinical curative effect,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
