催产素联合米索前列醇应用于延期妊娠引产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨延期妊娠引产中使用催产素联合米索前列醇的临床效果。方法将2018年2月~2019年4月福永人民医院产科住院部92例延期妊娠引产产妇纳入研究,按计算机随机数字表法分组,分为催产素组(n=46,催产素处理)、联合组(n=46,催产素联合米索前列醇处理),分析促宫颈成熟效果、引产效果状况。结果联合组用药12h后Bishop评分与催产素组组间对比更高(P <0.05)。联合组用药后出现规律性宫缩时间、分娩时间与催产素组组间对比更低,完全引产率、引产成功率与催产素组组间对比更高(P <0.05)。结论延期妊娠引产中使用催产素联合米索前列醇可改善引产效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in induced labor of delayed pregnancy. Methods 92 parturient women with induced labor of delayed pregnancy in inpatient department of obstetrics in Fuyong People’s Hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were seelcted in the study.According to the computer random number table method, they were divided into the oxytocin group(n=46,treatment with oxytocin) and the combined group(n=46,oxytocin combined with misoprostol).The effect of cervical ripening and induced labor were analyzed. Results After 12 hours of treatment,Bishop score of the combined group was higher than that of the oxytocin group(P < 0.05).The regular uterine contraction time and the delivery time after medication of the combined group were lower than those of the oxytocin group.The complete induction rate and the success rate of induced labor of the combined group were higher than those of the oxytocin group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in induced labor of delayed pregnancy can improve the effect of induced labor.
