腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对患者FSH、LH及E2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对患者FSH(促黄体生成素)、LH(促卵泡激素)及E2(雌二醇)水平的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2018年1月就诊于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症的患者52例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组采用常规腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用曲普瑞林治疗,观察两组患者的总有效率、复发率,排卵恢复时间、月经恢复时间,激素变化(FSH、LH、E2)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组排卵恢复时间、月经恢复时间均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组激素(FSH、LH、E2)水平均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合曲普瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果显著,同时可降低体内激素(FSH、LH、E2)水平,安全性良好,对临床治疗具有指导意义。Objective To observe the curative effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with triptorelin in treatment of endometriosis and the effects on FSH(follicular stimulation hormone), LH(luteinizing hormone) and E2(estradiol) levels. Methods Fifty-two patients with endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic surgery while the observation group was treated with triptorelin on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, recurrence rate, ovulation recovery time, menstrual recovery time, hormonal changes(FSH, LH, E2) and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05) and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). The recovery time of ovulation and the recovery time of menstruation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The hormone(FSH, LH, E2) levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with triptorelin in treatment of endometriosis has significant curative effects. At the same time, it can reduce the levels of hormones(FSH, LH, E2) in the body and it has good safety. It is of guiding significance for clinical treatment.
