规范化护理流程在ICU患者动脉血采集并发症预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析在ICU进行动脉血液采集的患者接受规范化护理流程干预的临床价值。方法选择在我院2017年3月~2018年2月ICU治疗期间进行动脉血液采集的患者188例,根据动脉血液采集方式的不同,分成甲、乙、丙、丁四组,每组47例。甲组实施桡动脉血液采集;乙组实施股动脉血液采集;丙组实施肱动脉血液采集;丁组实施足背动脉血液采集。比较四组动脉血液采集相关并发症情况、对ICU血液采集护理模式的满意度、ICU治疗时间和住院总时间。结果丁组患者仅有2例出现动脉血液采集相关并发症,少于其他三组;对ICU血液采集护理模式的满意度达到93.6%,高于其他三组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在ICU进行动脉血液采集的患者接受规范化护理流程干预,且在不影响血气分析的前提下,通过足背动脉进行血液标本采集,可以有效预防相关并发症的出现,便于固定,减轻疼痛,使患者保持良好心态,提升满意度水平提升。Objective To analyze the clinical value of standardized nursing process intervention for patients undergoing arterial blood collection in ICU. Methods One hundred and eighty-eight patients who underwent arterial blood collection in ICU of our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected. According to the different ways of arterial blood collection, they were divided into group A, group B, group C and group D, with 47 cases in every group. The group A was given radial artery blood collection, group B was given femoral artery blood collection, group C was given brachial artery blood collection and group D was given dorsal pedal artery blood collection. The complications related to arterial blood collection, the satisfaction with the blood collection and nursing mode of ICU, the treatment time in ICU and the total hospital stay were compared among the four groups. Results Only 2 patients in group D had complications related to arterial blood collection, which was less than the other three groups. The satisfaction rate of blood collection nursing mode in ICU reached 93.6%, which was higher than the other three groups. There were statistically significant differences among the groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients undergoing arterial blood collection in ICU receive standardized nursing process intervention, and blood sample collection through the dorsal pedal artery without affecting blood gas analysis can effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications, facilitate fixation, relieve pain, and enable patients to maintain a good attitude and improve satisfaction level.
