摘 要:本文通过电聚合法制备了聚茜素红修饰石墨电极(PAR/GE),采用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚(PCT)在聚茜素红修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,PAR/GE比裸石墨电极对PCT的氧化有明显的电催化作用,PCT的氧化电位负移,且PCT的氧化峰电流明显提高。在优化条件下,使用差分脉冲伏安法对PCT进行了定量检测,PCT的线性范围为1-200μmol/L,检测限达到0.3μmol/L。对对乙酰氨基酚片中的PCT进行定量检测,回收率为97.02%-105.06%。Poly(alizarin red)modified graphite electrode(PAR/GE)was prepared by electro-polymerization and the electrochemical behavior of paracetamol(PCT)at the modified electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry(CV).Result showed that the modified electrode exhibited an obvious electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of PCT with a negative oxidation potential shift and a peak current increase.Under the optimized conditions,the differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)peak currents of PCT showed a good linear relationship with the concentrations of PCT in the range 1-200μmol/L with a detection limit of 0.3μmol/L.This method can be used for the determination of acetaminophenin acetaminophen tablets with recoveries of 97.02—105.06%.
