快速城市化背景下农民工居住满意度及其影响因素分析——以南京为例

摘　　要：大量的农村剩余劳动力向城市转移是快速城市化的重要表现之一。该文以南京市农民工聚居区为例,探讨我国大城市农民工居住满意度特征及其影响因素。研究发现:农民工对居住环境的总体满意度略低于一般满意水平,农民工对城市居住环境总体上不太满意,且居住满意度的内部分化较为明显;农民工居住满意度主要包括住房因子、设施因子、便捷性因子和邻里因子等维度,其中,农民工在住房因子、设施因子和便捷性因子的满意度上存在显著差异,但邻里因子的满意度水平差异不大,方差分析表明不同属性特征农民工的居住满意度存在明显差异;农民工居住满意度受到多方面因素的影响,农民工的个人属性特征和城市居留特征都会对居住满意度产生影响。以上研究结论可为农民工居住环境的改善、城市住房保障体系的完善、维护社会公平、促进城市化的健康发展提供借鉴。The transfer of a large number of rural surplus labor to cities is the manifestation of urbanization.Taking the migrant workers settlements in Nanjing as a case study,this research focuses on the residential satisfaction and its influencing factors of migrant workers in large cities.1)Migrant workers are not quite satisfied with urban living environment,and their overall satisfaction of migrant workers with living environment is slightly lower than the general satisfaction level.Also,the internal differentiation among migrant workers of residence satisfaction is obvious.2)The factors of residence satisfaction mainly include index of housing,facility,convenience and neighborhood.There is significant difference among the satisfaction of the housing,the facility and the convenience,but there is little difference among the satisfaction of the neighborhood index.Variance analysis shows that there is significant difference on residence satisfaction of migrant workers with different attributes.3)The degree of residence satisfaction of migrant workers is affected by many factors.The individual attributes and urban residence characteristics of migrant workers will have impacts on residence satisfaction.The conclusions can be used for a reference to improve the living environment of migrant workers,improve the urban housing system,maintain social equity and promote the healthy development of urbanization.
