摘　　要：风险评估是风险分析中的重要环节。伴随着贸易全球化发展的不断深入,全球动物疫情风险也不断加剧。首先概述了进口动物及动物产品风险评估的理论发展现状,介绍了发达国家进口动物及动物产品风险评估体系的实践经验;针对中国动物疫情风险管理存在的不足之处,提出了完善中国进口动物及动物产品风险评估体系的对策建议。Risk assessment is an important part content of risk analysis. With the development of trade globalization, the risk of global animal epidemic is also comparatively increasing. Firstly, this paper summarized the theoretical development status quo of risk assessment of imported animals and animal products, and then introduced the practical experience of risk assessment system of imported animals and animal products in developed countries. In view of the deficiency of animal epidemic risk management in China, some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the risk assessment system of imported animals and animal products in China were put forward.
