摘　　要：陕南是国家生态脆弱区,更是国家重点扶贫地区,"陕南地区移民搬迁安置"工程是陕西省实施的一项重要决策,是解决山区贫困问题以及保障人身安全的伟大工程。抽取陕南汉中、安康、商洛3市9县584家搬迁户作为样本进行问卷调查及访谈。采用离差最大法进行指标标准化,并借助SPSS软件对调研数据进行方差分析。样本地区搬迁后的正面效果为:生计资本整体提高,移民后的资本总体为0.246,较搬迁前的资本合计0.224高;生活质量明显改善,93.32%的农户对社区的生活环境表示满意;生计方式更加多样,人们的收入来源不再单一化。负面效果为:后续生计困难,人们不得不面临着就业和收入来源问题。综合来看,搬迁后农户生计水平整体提高,说明脱贫移民搬迁工程实施取得显著成效,给移民的生计资本带来了更多的正面影响。Southern Shaanxi is a national ecologically fragile area, and it is also a national key poverty alleviation area. The "Relocation and Resettlement of Resettlement in Southern Shaanxi" project is an important decision implemented by Shaanxi province and a great project to solve the problem of mountain poverty and protect personal safety. 584 relocated households from 9 counties in Hanzhong, Ankang and Shangluo were selected as questionnaires for questionnaire survey and interviews. The maximum deviation method was used to standardize the indicators, and the SPSS software was used to analyze the variance of the survey data. Positive results: The overall improvement of livelihood capital increased, the total capital after immigration was 0.246,which was higher than the total capital before relocation of 0.224;The quality of life was significantly improved,93.32% of the farmers were satisfied with the living environment of the community;The way of livelihood was more diverse, people’s income sources were no longer singular. Negative effects: The subsequent livelihood was difficult, people had to face the problem of employment and income sources. The overall improvement of the households’ livelihood level after the relocation showed that the implementation of the poverty alleviation resettlement project had achieved remarkable results and brought more positive impacts on the migrants’ livelihood capital.
