基于共享物流视角的农村生鲜电商冷链物流体系构建——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：生鲜产品是消费品市场中最重要的品类之一,冷链物流的发展对保障生鲜产品品质,提升产品交易效率起到了积极的作用。研究以农村生鲜电商与冷链物流体系为例,分析了江苏省农村生鲜电商物流的发展现状,探讨了江苏省农村生鲜电商物流发展面临的主要困境,提出了江苏省生鲜电商共享冷链物流体系构建的主要思路,最后展望了未来农村生鲜电商共享冷链物流体系发展的主要方向。Fresh products are one of the most important categories in the consumer goods market. The development of cold chain logistics plays a positive role in guaranteeing the quality of fresh products and improving the transaction efficiency of products. Taking fresh food e-commerce and cold chain logistics system in the rural areas as an example, this paper analyzed rural fresh electrical business logistics development present situation in Jiangsu province, discussed its main difficulties of rural fresh electrical business logistics development, and designed the main idea of constructing the sharing cold chain logistics system for fresh food e-commerce in Jiangsu province. Finally, the future development direction of rural fresh food e-commerce in sharing cold chain logistics system were forecasted.
