摘  要:针对龙口水电站实际运行中全站AVC(自动电压控制)系统出现母线电压调节无法进入死区、机组无功PID控制程序异常退出、无功功率分配异常、AVC调节失败、通信异常等问题进行分析研究,提出了完善全站AVC系统高级功能测点链接、修改机组无功PID控制程序参数、增加机组检修标记置位、修改监控系统现地控制单元程序中无功PID功率调节最大值和最小值、更换符合现场条件的路由器并进行配置等改进措施,解决了全站AVC系统功能异常问题,提高了用电质量与电压合格率,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。This paper analyzes the phenomena of bus voltage regulation failing to enter the dead zone,abnormal exit of the unit′s reactive PID,abnormal reactive power distribution,failure of AVC regulation and abnormal communication in the actual operation of the AVC system in Longkou hydropower station.Some improvement measures such as improving the link of advanced function measurement points of AVC system in the whole plant,modifying the parameters of reactive PID of the unit,increasing the setting of maintenance mark of the unit,modifying the maximum and minimum values of reactive PID power regulation in the local control unit program of the monitoring system,replacing the router in line with the field conditions and making configuration are presented.The problem of abnormal AVC function in the whole plant is solved,and the quality of electricity and voltage is improved to ensure the safety and stable operation of the unit.
