摘  要:万家寨水电站发电机组存在定子铁心溢出问题,经分析,确定原因为装配质量差、压紧方式不合理、压紧度小、波浪度偏大等问题。大修期间对其进行处理后依然无法彻底消除铁心溢出问题,机组运行存在严重安全隐患。后对发电机进行改造,更换发电机定子,转子磁轭重新叠片。将定子铁心外径由1280 cm调整为1290 cm,采用穿心螺杆压紧结构,定位筋采用双鸽尾可移动式结构。改造后,铁心溢出问题彻底消除,机组运行稳定。The problem of core overflow of stator is found in Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station. Make sure that the causes are poor assembly quality, unreasonable compaction method, small compaction pressure and high waviness through analysis. After handling it during the overhaul, the problem of core overflow can not be eliminated completely, and it is not safe for the operation of the generator unit. Then the generator stator is replaced and the rotor yoke is re-laminated, i.e. the outer diameter of the stator core is adjusted from 1280 cm to 1290 cm, a through-hole screw pressing structure is adopted, and the positioning rib adopts a double dovetail movable structure. After the transformation, the core overflow problem is solved and the unit operation is stable.
