摘　　要：电子产品品种多、需求量大,如何进行配送中心的规划对企业来说是一个重大的问题。将EIQ和ABC分析方法相结合,以某企业的配送中心设计为例,分析客户订单数据,根据其特点进行储位及拣选方式的规划,以期为电子产品配送中心的规划提供指导作用。There are many types and large demands of electronic products. How to plan distribution centers is a major issue for enterprises. This paper uses the combination of EIQ and ABC analysis methods to analyze a company’s orders. Then the strategies of storage and picking are put forward to guide the planning of distribution center.
