摘  要:针对城区配电网中计量箱柜出现的暗线窃电、遥控窃电以及缺乏标准化管理等问题,保证计量箱柜的安全运行,杜绝窃电风险,通过对计量箱柜的锁具进行研究,开发了一套基于Rijndael加密算法的智能云锁系统,该系统不仅能监视计量箱柜的锁具状态,更能通过权限管理的方式进行远程管控,从而提高了计量箱柜管理的安全性和方便性,实现了对用电信息采集设备的统一管理和信息化监控。In view of the problems of the dark wire theft, the remote control, and the lack of the standardization management in the metering cabinets in the urban distribution network, to ensure the safe operation of the metering cabinets and eliminate the risk of power loss caused by the electricity-stealing behaviors, the lock of the cabinet is researched, and a set of intelligent cloud lock systems based on the Rijndael encryption algorithm are developed. The systems not only can monitor the lock status of the metering cabinet but also can remotely control the way through the authority management, thus improving the security and convenience of the metering cabinet management and realizing the unified management and information monitoring of the power consumption information collection equipment.
