摘　　要：安徽省农村墓地供给乱象丛生,这不仅反映了安徽农村墓地供给规划建设滞后,同时也证明农村墓地供给是一个关系到广大村民社会福利、文化习俗和伦理道德的问题,更是一项涉及众多要素的复杂系统工程。由于农村墓地供给涉及利益主体众多,要从根本上解决这个问题,必须立足实际,从系统论的角度出发,使用WSR方法,从物理、事理、人理层面对农村墓地供给进行分析,理清各相关供给要素间的联系与区别,调动各利益主体的积极性,协调彼此的利益矛盾,科学构架农村墓地供给的实施步骤,促进农村墓地供给工作更趋规范化和科学化。The supply of rural cemeteries in Anhui Province is in disorder, which not only reflects the backward planning and construction of the supply of rural cemeteries, but also proves that the supply of rural cemeteries is a complex systematic project involving many factors including social welfare,cultural customs and ethics of the villagers. In order to solve this problem fundamentally, we must proceed from the point of view of system theory based on reality, and use WSR method to analyze the supply of rural cemeteries from the physical, logical and human aspects, and clarify the connection and difference among the relevant supply factors, and actively mobilize the interests of all. The initiative of the main body is to coordinate the contradiction of each other ’s interests, and scientifically to frame the implementation steps of the supply of rural cemeteries, and to promote the supply of rural cemeteries to become more standardized and scientific.
