摘　　要：介绍了国际电联528建议书场强预测模型,给出了基于国际电联528场强预测模型的最大侦察距离计算模型,验证了模型与自由空间传播损耗相比,在计算最大通信侦察距离时的优点。This paper introduces the field strength prediction model of international telecommunication union(ITU)-528 recommendation,presents the maximum reconnaissance distance calculation model based on ITU-528 field strength prediction model,verifies the advantages of the model calculating the maximum communication reconnaissance range compared with the free space propagation loss model.
