摘　　要：垃圾分类工作与人们生活关系密切,国外有关工作推进较早并且有较为丰富的经验,虽然国内相关工作已有开展,但工作推进中还存在一些问题。随着《关于在全国地级及以上城市全面开展生活垃圾分类工作的通知》的印发,该项工作推进力度将进一步加大。在分析国家层面最新文件的基础上,本文梳理了上海分类体系建设内容与特点,总结了南京相关工作开展情况,最后就强化制度建立、做好资金保障、创新方式方法、全面加强宣传方面提出了促进垃圾分类工作的建议。Garbage classification work is closely related to people’s lives. Foreign related work has been promoted earlier and has rich experience. Although domestic related work has been carried out, there are still some problems in work promotion. With the issuance of the "Notice on the Comprehensive Implementation of Domestic Waste Classification in Cities at the National Level and Above", the promotion of this work will be further strengthened. In this paper, based on the analysis of the latest document at the national level, the contents and characteristics of the construction of Shanghai classification system were sorted out, and the related work in Nanjing was summarized, finally, some suggestions were put forward on strengthening the establishment of the institution, ensuring the funds, innovating methods and strengthening the propaganda in an all-round way.
