摘　　要：考虑到宁波富德能源有限公司的实际情况,本文通过对绕线式电动机和鼠笼式电动机的组成结构、工作原理进行详细分析,结合公司实际运行情况,提出了绕线式电动机改造成鼠笼式电动机的改造方案,以期为电气管理人员提供一定帮助。In consideration of the Ningbo Fude Energy Co., Ltd., this paper analyzed the composition structure and working principle of wound motor and squirrel cage motor in detail, and put forward the transformation scheme of wound motor to squirrel cage motor in combination with the actual operation of the company, in order to provide some help for the electrical management personnel.
