摘  要:基于激光监测大型客机火灾的综合优势,提出了基于可调谐二极管激光器的输出波长和输出功率与温度有密切的关系,设计了基于MAX1968芯片的激光器温控电路,控制流入TEC的电流实现对激光器工作温度的调整。针对实验过程中出现的芯片失效现象,提出了改进方案。实验结果表明温控电路能够自动调节且温度的稳定性达到0.1℃,满足激光器的需要。Based on the comprehensive advantages of laser monitoring of large passenger aircraft fires,the output wavelength and output power of tunable diode lasers are closely related to temperature.A laser temperature control circuit based on MAX1968 chip was designed to control the current flowing into the TEC to achieve laser operation temperature adjustment.An improved scheme was proposed for the chip failure phenomenon that occurred during the experiment.The experimental results show that the temperature control circuit can be automatically adjusted and the temperature stability reaches 0.1 ℃,which meets the needs of the laser.
