摘　　要：目的探究在牙种植中运用口腔修复膜材料引导骨再生的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月华中科技大学协和深圳医院所接纳实行牙种植再生术患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规治疗法)和观察组(口腔修复膜材料引导再生),各30例,比较两组患者修复成功率、不良反应发生率、骨厚度和植骨厚度。结果观察组的修复成功率显著高于对照组(96.67%vs.73.33%),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(6.67%vs.26.67%),骨厚度和植骨厚度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复膜材料能够显著提升牙种植中引导骨再生的效果,提高修复成功率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dental prosthetic membrane materials in guided bone regeneration in dental implants.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,60 patients with dental implant regeneration were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine treatment)and observation group(guided regeneration by dental prosthetic membrane materials).The success rate,incidence of adverse reactions,bone thickness and bone graft thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs.73.33%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67%vs.26.67%);the bone thickness and bone graft thickness in the observation group were significantly thicker than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental prosthetic membrane materials can significantly improve the effect of guided bone regeneration in dental implants,and improve the success rate of restoration.
