普济消毒饮口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗肺炎脓毒症(邪毒袭肺证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析普济消毒饮口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗肺炎脓毒症(邪毒袭肺证)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年4月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的60例肺炎脓毒症患者为研究对象,将患者均分为对照组(采用常规西医进行治疗)和实验组(在对照组基础上增加普济消毒饮口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗),各30例。比较两组患者中医证候评分、WBC(白细胞计数)、PCT(降钙素原)、CRP(C反应蛋白)、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者中医证候评分、WBC、PCT、CRP、住院时间及不良反应发生率低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺炎脓毒症患者进行常规西医治疗加普济消毒饮口服联合大承气汤灌肠治疗能够减少患者的住院时间,提高治疗有效率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral Puji Xiaodu Decoction and Dachengqi Decoction enema in the treatment of pneumonia sepsis.Methods From October 2018 to April 2019,60 patients with pneumonia and sepsis admitted to Jilin Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group(treated with conventional Western medicine)and experimental group(treated with oral Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with Dachengqi Decoction enema on the basis of control group),30 cases in each group.After the treatment,the Chinese medicine score,WBC,PCT,CRP,hospital stays,and incidence of adverse event were compared between the two groups.Results The Chinese medicine score,WBC,PCT,CRP,hospital stays,and incidence of adverse event of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional Western medicine plus oral Puji Xiaodu Decoction combined with Dachengqi Decoction enema in the treatment of pneumonia sepsis patients can reduce the hospital stays,improve the efficiency of treatment.
