摘　　要：骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是我国老年群体中常见的脊柱损伤病症之一,会造成患者的运动神经功能造成影响,使得其生活质量明显下降,严重的情况下,甚至会导致患者出现慢性肾脏疾病、内分泌疾病、神经、血液系统疾病。其主要原因是患者年龄较大,骨量流失严重,导致骨脆性增加。常用的治疗方法是采用椎体成形术进行治疗,这种治疗方式其优点是创伤小、手术时间短、止痛效果佳,但却存在骨水泥毒性、热损伤、渗漏及椎体再骨折等术后并发症。为了降低椎体成形术所致并发症的影响,目前多有采用唑来膦酸注射液来配合进行治疗,本文因此就术、药联合进行治疗对病症的效果进行综述。Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)is one of the common spinal injuries in the elderly population in China,which can affect the motor nerve function of the patients and make their quality of life decline significantly.In serious cases,it may even lead to chronic kidney disease,endocrine disease,diseases of the nervous and blood systems.The main causes of OVCF are that the patients are older,and bone lost seriously,resulting in increased bone fragility.Vertebroplasty is commonly used for the treatment of OVCF with advantages such as minimal trauma,short operation time and good analgesic effect.However,there are complications such as toxicity of bone cement,thermal injury,leakage and vertebral re-fracture.In order to reduce the impact of complications caused by vertebroplasty,Zoledronic Acid Injection is often used to combine with the treatment at present.This article reviews the effect of combined treatment of surgery and medicine on OVCF,for the reference of disease surgery.
