摘 要:目的:探讨CD147和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)中的表达,以确定上述2种蛋白质是否与TNBC患者预后不良相关,以期为临床治疗提供指导。方法:本研究募集了127例TNBC患者,在患者接受任何治疗前通过免疫组化的方法检查其乳腺中CD147和MMP-9的表达水平。进一步分析CD147和MMP-9的表达与各种临床病理因素、生存率之间的相关性。结果:免疫组化结果表明,CD147和MMP-9在所有TNBC患者的乳腺组织中表达阳性。在TNBC患者的乳腺组织中,CD147与MMP-9的表达水平呈显著正相关(r=0.609,P<0.01)。127例TNBC患者中,CD147和MMP-9高表达的患者分别占48.0%、53.5%。CD147或MMP-9的高表达与临床特征(淋巴结转移、高病理分级及肿瘤大小)和生存率呈显著相关性(PCD147=0.039;PMMP-9=0.037)。CD147和MMP-9高表达是TNBC患者预后不良的独立危险因素(PCD147=0.023;PMMP-9=0.015)。结论:CD147和MMP-9在TNBC中高表达是其预后不良的重要标志。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the expression of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinases 9(MMP-9) in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC), and to determine whether these two proteins are associated with poor prognosis in patients with TNBC, so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment. METHODS: Totally 127 patients with TNBC were enrolled, and the expression level of CD147 and MMP-9 in the mammary gland were examined by immunohistochemistry before any treatment. The correlation between the expression of CD147 and MMP-9 and various clinicopathological factors and survival rates was further analyzed. RESULTS: Immunohistochemistry results showed that CD147 and MMP-9 were positively expressed in breast tissues of all TNBC patients. The expression level of CD147 and MMP-9 were positively correlated in the breast tissues of TNBC patients(r=0.609, P<0.01). Of the 127 patients with TNBC, patients with high expression of CD147 and MMP-9 were 48.0% and 53.5%, respectively. The high expression of CD147 or MMP-9 was significantly correlated with clinical features(lymph node metastasis, high pathological grade and tumor size) and survival rates(PCD147=0.039;PMMP-9=0.037). High expression of CD147 and MMP-9 was the independent risk factor for poor prognosis in patients with TNBC(PCD147=0.023;PMMP-9=0.015). CONCLUSIONS: High expression of CD147 and MMP-9 in TNBC is an important indicator of poor prognosis.
