摘　　要：目的分析解郁膏与托瑞米芬治疗联合治疗气滞血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法将2017年3月至2018年5月该院收治的气滞血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生症患者98例分为A组和B组,每组49例。A组给予托瑞米芬治疗,B组同时联合解郁膏治疗,比较其疗效。结果B组患者临床疗效明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁膏与托瑞米芬治疗气滞血瘀痰凝型乳腺增生症的效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of jieyu ointment and toremicfen combined in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland with qi stagnation and blood stasis and spittocoagulation.Methods A total of 98 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from March to May 20,2017 were divided into groups A and B,49 cases in each group.Group A was given toremifene treatment,and group B was treated at the same time.Combined with Jieyu cream treatment,compare its efficacy.Results The efficacy of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Jieyu Ointment and Toremifene on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type hyperplasia of mammary glands is remarkable.
