护理干预对高尿酸血症结石患者健康行为能力的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预用于高尿酸血症结石患者健康行为能力的效果。方法将68例高尿酸血症结石患者分为研究组(35例)和对照组(33例),对照组行常规护理,研究组行综合护理干预,比较两组患者健康行为能力自评量表得分和血尿酸值。结果研究组患者干预后健康行为能力自评量表得分[(75.05±15.81)分]明显高于对照组[(63.39±23.41)],血尿酸值[(444.45±45.85)]明显低于对照组(480.27±66.92)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对高尿酸血症结石患者改善了健康行为能力,降低尿酸值。Objective To explore the effect of intervention nursing on health behavior ability of patients with hyperuricemia and calculi.Methods A total of68 patients with hyperuricemia stones were divided into experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=33).The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the self-rating scores and blood uric acid values of the two groups of patients.Results The scores of the self-rating scale of health behavior ability of the experimental group(75.05±15.81)were significantly higher than those of the control group(63.39±23.41)(P<0.05).The blood uric acid value(444.45±45.85)of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Group(480.27±66.92)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention improves the health behavior and reduces the uric acid value in patients with high uric acid stones.
