摘  要:在每台AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)小车和充电桩成本固定的情况下,为解决如何合理规划AGV小车和充电桩数量,保证小车搬运工作效率最大化的问题,根据AGV使用场景中的车间大小、货架数量及车间的运行状况和AGV自身特性建立了数学模型。根据该模型计算出工作场景所需的AGV数量。在AGV数量固定的情况下,通过运行中的AGV小车同时达到需充电电量(SOC,State of Charge)的概率和电池的充放电特性计算出配套充电桩数量。通过工厂的单取货点,满仓货架的实际应用场景,验证了数学模型的有效性,并保证了小车搬运工作效率的最大化。In the case of fixed cost of each Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)and the charging pile,in order to solve how to plan reasonably the number of AGV and charging pile as well as ensure the maximum efficiency of AGV handling on the situation,mathematical models were established based on the size of workshop,the number of shelves,the running status of workshop and the characteristics of AGV in the usage scenario.According to this model,the number of AGVs required in this specific scene can be worked out.After the number of AGVs was obtained,the number of matching charging piles could be worked out by the probability that the operating AGV simultaneously reached the required state of charge(SOC)and the charge-discharge characteristics of the batteries.By means of ap-plying the model to a single pick-up point of the factory with full-storage shelf,the validity of the mathematical mod-el was verified.The results showed that the efficiency of the AGV was maximized certainly.
