摘  要:设计并合成一种具有轴向稳定性、生物相容性、靶向性等功能的新型光敏剂。首先通过Adler法合成不对称单羟基苯基卟啉,通过引入Sn4+离子使其呈现轴向性,从而克服卟啉类分子本身易自聚集的缺点,接枝具有特异性识别功能的二硫键使其获得肿瘤部位的靶向最后通过接入聚乙二醇以提高其生物相容性。分别利用1H-NMR、FT-IR、UV-vis对其结构及性质进行了表征并单线态氧产生能力的测试。In this paper,the design and synthesis of a novel photosensitizer with axial stability,biocompatibility,target-ing and other functions were reported.Firstly,the asymmetric monohydroxypheny porphyrin was synthesized by Adler method.Then the structure was linearized by introducing Sn4+ions,which reduced the self-aggregation of porphyrin molecules themselves.The disulfide bond with specific recognition function was then grafted to obtain targeting to the tumor.Finally,polyethylene glycol was added to increase its biocompatibility.The structure and properties of the sin-glet oxygen were characterized by 1H-NMR,FT-IR and UV-vis,respectively.
