摘 要:针对下伏运输大巷长期受孤岛工作面应力集中影响破坏严重现状,对孤岛工作面进行回收处理,从而减小其对巷道围岩应力集中的影响。采用数值模拟方法,对比分析孤岛工作面回采前后顶底板应力传递规律,探讨孤岛工作面顶板支承压力规律、下伏运输大巷与孤岛工作面底板垂直距离不同时底板应力变化规律。研究发现:随着下伏巷道距离底板距离的增大,巷道围岩应力集中程度呈现减小的趋势;工作面回采后底板应力明显得以释放,底板巷道围岩应力集中系数减小52%~60%;底板巷道围岩剪切破坏呈现X形破坏。研究结果为后续巷道围岩支护优化提供了理论依据。Aiming at the serious damage caused by the stress concentration in the isolated working face for a long time in the underground transportation roadway,the mining treatment of the isolated working face is carried out to reduce its influence on the stress concentration of the surrounding rock of the roadway.This paper compares and analyzes the stress transfer law of roof and floor of isolated working face before and after mining,and probes into the law of roof supporting pressure of isolated working face and the vertical distance between underlying transportation roadway and isolated working face floor by numerical simulation.It found that with the increase of the distance from the floor to the floor,the stress concentration of the surrounding rock of the roadway shows a decreasing trend.When the isolated island face is mined,the stress of the floor is obviously released.The stress concentration factor of surrounding rock of floor roadway is reduced by 52%~60%,and the shear failure of surrounding rock of floor roadway presents X failure,which provides theoretical basis for the optimization of surrounding rock support in subsequent roadway.
