摘 要:颗粒增强金属基复合材料具有复杂的细观结构,几何模型的构建一直是研究其力学性能的一个难点。通过ABAQUS软件的Python语言接口,完成颗粒增强金属基复合材料复杂细观模型的参数化建模,并封装为插件,可实现轴对称单胞、三维周期性单胞和颗粒随机分布代表性体积单元模型的参数化建模。分析了氧化锆增韧氧化铝颗粒(ZTA)的形貌、体积分数、界面结合性能等因素对氧化锆增韧氧化铝颗粒增强铁基复合材料(ZTA p/Fe45)力学性能的影响。结果表明,不规则多面体颗粒对复合材料弹性模量的增强作用大于球状颗粒,其不规则的形貌特点造成了复合材料内部更易出现应力集中现象。ZTA颗粒体积分数的增加,使得ZTA p/Fe45复合材料弹性模量呈现上升的趋势,说明增强颗粒的加入可有效地提升复合材料的弹性模量。在低界面模量的情况下,界面结合性能的改善可显著地提升复合材料的弹性模量,当界面模量达到基体模量后,继续提高界面弹性模量对复合材料弹性模量的提升作用逐渐趋缓。Particle reinforced metal matrix composites have complex meso-structure.The construction of its geometric model is a challenging work in the research of its mechanical properties.Through the Python language interface of the ABAQUS software,the parametric modeling of the complex mesoscopic model of particle reinforced metal matrix composites was realized and encapsulated into a plug-in.The plug-in can construct the axisymmetric unit cell model,the three-dimensional periodic unit cell model and the randomly distributed representative volume element model.The effect of zirconia toughened alumina particles(ZTA)on the mechanical properties of zirconia toughened alumina particles reinforced iron matrix composites(ZTA p/Fe45)was analyzed.The results shows that the strengthening effect of irregular polyhedral particles on the elastic modulus of the composites was greater than that of spherical particles.However,the irregular morphology of ZTA resulted in more stress concentration in the composites.With the increase of ZTA particle volume fraction,the elastic modulus of ZTA p/Fe45 composites shows an upward trend,which indicates that the elastic properties of composites can be effectively improved by adding reinforced particles.In the case of low interfacial modulus,the improvement of interfacial bonding properties can significantly improve the elastic modulus of composites.After the interfacial modulus reaches the matrix modulus,the effect of increasing interfacial modulus on the elastic modulus of composites gradually slows down.
